The Role: Digital Architect & Innovator
We aren't looking for someone to just maintain a site. We need an architect. As ourWordPress Developer, you will build the digital backbone of UndoSchoola platform where curiosity meets technology. You will be the lead innovator for ourContent Hub. We want to transform the traditional blog into an interactive experience that captivates both parents and students.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Architecture:Build and customize a high-performance WordPress site optimized for high traffic and interactive learning.
- LMS Integration:Implement and manage Learning Management Systems (e.g., LearnDash, TutorLMS) and Zoom API integrations for seamless live classes.
- Next-Gen Content Strategy:Design and develop innovative blog layouts, interactive resource pages, and gamified content hubs that go beyond static text.
- User Experience (UX):Optimize student and teacher dashboards to be intuitive for ages 318 and their parents.
- Technical Performance:Manage site speed, security, mobile responsiveness, and payment gateway integrations.
Requirements
- Advanced WordPress Mastery:Deep experience with custom themes, hooks, filters, and REST API.
- EdTech DNA:Prior experience with LMS plugins or educational platforms is a massive plus.
- Innovation Mindset:You don't just follow a Figma file; you suggest better ways to make web pages sticky and engaging.
- Problem Solver:If a plugin doesn't exist to solve a unique UndoSchool need, you have the logic to build it or find a creative workaround.
