Responsibilities

Design, develop, and manage high-performing WordPress websites for a wide range of clients, ensuring cutting-edge UI/UX and responsiveness.

Collaborate with branding, content, and digital marketing teams to deliver unified digital experiences (e.g., creative campaigns, SEO-rich landing pages, unique brand storytelling).

Integrate modern marketing tools, plugins, and third-party APIs for seamless digital flow (such as analytics, CRMs, marketing automation).

Translate prototypes from Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools to functional WordPress sites (following agency standards for performance and minimalism).

Build and customize themes and plugins tailored for varied client needs (including product portals, content-heavy sites, campaign landing pages).

Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and conversion following the latest industry best practices and agency frameworks.

Manage site maintenance, updates, and support as part of an agency's project delivery workflow.

Contribute to award-winning web projects recognized for innovation and impact.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience building custom WordPress themes and plugins for B2B, B2C, and corporate portfolios.
• Advanced proficiency with PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Experience integrating marketing, analytics, and campaign tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, premium plugins).
• Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, and content integration workflows.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, visually-rich, SEO-optimized websites.
• Collaborative skills to work in cross-functional, multi-disciplinary agency teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
