Job Summary 

We are seeking a skilled and passionate WordPress Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and customizing WordPress websites, converting HTML designs to WordPress, creating custom plugins, and optimizing performance. You'll work closely with designers and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration and an exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities 

• Design and build responsive, high-performance WordPress websites. 
• Customize themes and templates to meet design and functional specifications. 
• Convert HTML templates into fully functional WordPress websites. 
• Develop and integrate custom plugins as needed. 
• Set up WordPress environments, themes, and required plugins. 
• Manage and optimize website back-end including databases and server-side functions. 
• Conduct website performance audits and implement improvements. 
• Create comprehensive admin training documentation (video/pdf). 
• Monitor, maintain, and update live websites for functionality and performance. 

Requirements 

• 1-3years of proven experience as a WordPress Developer. 
• Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery. 
• Strong understanding of PHP and MySQL. 
• Experience in theme customization and plugin development. 
• Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and website performance optimization. 
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing websites. 
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. 

Preferred Skills 

• Familiarity with Git or other version control tools. 
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for web development. 
• Experience with website security practices.
