Role Description
- Strong functional experience in Warehousing / Supply Chain Concepts
- Excellent Business Analysis skills.
- Should have experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects.
- Providing Customer Support for the Pyrops WMS System
- Taking the responsibility of full cycle implementation.
- Ability to support training and create training materials.
- Ability to create functional specifications
- Managing variousfunctionalaspects like documentation, system design, system testing, gap-fit analysis and user training
- Understanding of existing business processes and documenting business and workflow diagrams complying with the WMS Application
- Responsible for completion of milestones and tasks, specification, and configuration
Skill and Experience Required:
- At least 3+ years of exp inimplementation and integration experience.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Management,Information Technology).
- Collaborative, excellent verbal/written communication, organizational and client interaction
- Project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
