Wintel - Senior Technical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for Wintel server environments including Windows Server, Active Directory, and related technologies.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
• Collaborate with network engineers and system administrators to optimize system performance and security.
• Develop and implement system configurations, updates, and patches.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Participate in on-call support rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.
• Assist in the design and deployment of new Wintel solutions and upgrades.

What we look for

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Wintel system administration and support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving server hardware and software issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) are a plus.
