OSI Digital is seeking a hands-on Windows Infrastructure Engineer with strong experience in
Windows Server administration,
Active Directory, and
end-to-end migration/upgrade programs. The ideal candidate will lead planning and execution of server OS upgrades, AD/domain migrations, SCCM/MECM/Intune transitions, and on-prem to hybrid cloud modernization projectsensuring zero/minimal downtime, compliance with change processes, and thorough documentation.
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Windows Server (2012 R2/2016/2019/2022) environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, ADFS, PKI/Certificate Services, and File/Print services
- Lead discovery, assessment, and planning for Windows Server OS in-place and side-by-side upgrades, domain/forest consolidations, and AD migrations.
- Own project artifacts: HLD/LLD, migration runbooks, MoP/SOPs, test plans, signoffs, and post-implementation review.
- Coordinate any application changes with stakeholders within the framework of a Change Request system and Review process.
- Interfaces with vendors and other IT Groups to ensure appropriate resolution during network outages or periods of reduced performance
Required Skills
- Deep expertise in Active Directory, GPO, DNS/DHCP, AD sites and services, and multi-site replication.
- Hands-on with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Hyper-V/VMware, IIS, File Services, Failover Clustering.
- Strong PowerShell for automation (user/group provisioning, GPO, reporting, bulk ops, migration scripts).
- Demonstrated rigor in change management, risk assessment, rollback planning, and documentation
- Troubleshoot and Resolve system issues.
