Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Windows servers, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Ensure security and integrity of Windows servers using firewalls, access controls, and other security measures
Monitor server performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements
Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues and enhance system efficiency
Develop and implement disaster recovery plans for business continuity
Conduct regular backups and perform data recovery operations as needed
