Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve Windows operating system issues in enterprise environments
Manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure
Configure and administer Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services
Implement and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for security and compliance
Collaborate with infrastructure and networking teams for system integration
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of services
Develop and support disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards
Work in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and deadlines
