• Provide advanced desktop and server support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage Windows Server environments including 2012, 2016, and 2022 versions
• Handle Active Directory administration including users, groups, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
• Configure and maintain DNS and DHCP services for network stability
• Resolve escalated incidents and ensure adherence to ITIL processes
• Perform patch management, system updates, backups, and restoration activities
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure infrastructure availability and stability
• Maintain proper documentation of support activities in ticketing systems
