Job Description

Seeking a Senior Specialist with 12 to 16 years of experience in Windows Server administration and expertise in managing and maintaining enterprise Windows infrastructure

Manage maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments to ensure optimal performance and availability Administer Windows Server operating systems including installation configuration patching and upgrades Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency Monitor and manage IIS Server configurations and performance to support web applications Implement and maintain Microsoft System Center Operations Manager SCOM for proactive monitoring and alerting Administer System Center Configuration Manager SCCM for software deployment patch management and compliance reporting Support Azure Infrastructure Services and Azure Active Directory to enable hybrid cloud environments Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement secure scalable Windows based solutions Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and participate in change management and incident resolution activities

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead Windows Server administration activities including installation configuration and troubleshooting Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline operational tasks Manage IIS Server environments ensuring high availability and security Configure and monitor SCOM for infrastructure health and performance metrics Oversee SCCM infrastructure for patch management application deployment and reporting Support Azure Active Directory integration and manage Azure infrastructure services Participate in capacity planning performance tuning and disaster recovery planning Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Collaborate with security teams to enforce compliance and address vulnerabilities Document system configurations procedures and troubleshooting guides Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and efficiency
