Windows Administrator (AWS/Azure + Linux + VMware + Automation)

Location: India (Remote – 100%)

Experience:7–10 Years (Minimum 7 Years Required)

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Hours:US Time Zone (Shift starts at 2:00 PM IST)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Windows Administrator with strong experience across cloud platforms (AWS & Azure) and Linux systems. The ideal candidate will bring a balanced mix of Windows infrastructure expertise along with hands-on AWS and Linux knowledge to help bridge current skill gaps in our cloud environment. Experience with VMware and automation is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
• Administer and support AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure
• Deploy, configure, and manage Linux servers (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS)
• Handle VMware environments including provisioning, migration, and optimization
• Automate routine administrative and operational tasks using scripting tools (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Ensure system performance, availability, and security across hybrid environments
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and identity services
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and vulnerability management
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms
• Collaborate with DevOps and security teams for infrastructure improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of overall IT experience in system administration
• Strong experience with Windows Server Administration
• Hands-on expertise in AWS (mandatory) and Microsoft Azure
• Solid working knowledge of Linux administration
• Experience with VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)
• Proficiency in scripting/automation (PowerShell, Shell scripting, Python)
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls)
• Experience with monitoring tools and backup solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in US time zone (shift starting at 2:00 PM IST)

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator)
• Azure Certifications
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
