Description
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automating and optimizing our operational processes, as well as a strong background in cloud technologies and continuous integration/deployment strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment processes.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and reliability of cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in the cloud environment.
- Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-12 years of experience in DevOps or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud architecture.
- Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation tasks.
- Solid understanding of configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) for system performance tracking.
- Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
