PTC Windchill Business Analyst PLM
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced PTC Windchill Business Analyst to support and enhance PLM processes for clients in the Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) domain. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and Windchill PLM implementation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed business process analysis within the CMT domain
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Provide functional expertise on PTC Windchill PLM
- Support Windchill implementation, configuration, customization, and integrations
- Design solutions to optimize PLM workflows and system functionality
- Develop and execute test cases, UAT support, and validation activities
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery
- Provide training and functional support to end-users
- Maintain complete documentation for processes, requirements, and system configurations
- Support project planning, timelines, and deliverables
Required Skills & Qualifications (Mandatory):
- 1013 years of overall IT experience
- 35+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with PTC Windchill
- Strong hands-on experience with PTC Windchill PLM
- Experience in PLM business analysis within the Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) domain
- Experience in requirement gathering, BRD, FRD, and functional documentation
- Exposure to Windchill implementation and support projects
- Good understanding of PLM workflows and lifecycle management
