About The Opportunity
A leader in Enterprise IT Infrastructure & Managed Services, operating in the endpoint management and workplace transformation sector. The team delivers large-scale client OS rollouts, endpoint security, zero-touch provisioning, and enterprise desktop lifecycle services for customers across India. We are hiring an onsite Windows 11 Engineer (Level 3) to own advanced engineering, escalations, and automation for enterprise endpoint environments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 engineering support and triage for Windows 11 client OS incidents and complex endpoint escalations across enterprise environments.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Windows 11 migrations and upgrades using Autopilot, SCCM/Endpoint Configuration Manager, and Intune.
- Design and maintain OS imaging, provisioning and patch-management pipelines; implement zero-touch deployments and upgrade workflows.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell automation, configuration scripts, and tooling to reduce resolution time and streamline large-scale device operations.
- Work cross-functionally with Security, Networking, and Service Desk teams to remediate endpoint vulnerabilities, deploy security controls, and ensure compliance with change processes.
- Create and own runbooks, technical documentation, post-incident reviews, and knowledge-transfer deliverables to improve operational maturity.

Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise-scale Windows client environments and delivering onsite engineering support.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent are a plus.
