Wholesale Loan Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and external vendors for smooth and timely loan disbursement processing
• Execute and register financing and security creation documents accurately
• Handle corporate loan documentation and ensure completeness before disbursement
• Facilitate opening of escrow accounts and procurement of insurance policies
• Update covenants and collateral details in Loan Management Systems
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely compliance with sanction conditions
• Ensure timely statutory and regulatory filings such as ROC, CERSAI, NESL, and CKYC
• Maintain proper documentation and share required data with auditors
• Address auditor queries and ensure timely closure
• Monitor and maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
