Wholesale Lending Services - Analytics Solutions Analyst

The Data Analyst in Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) is responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data related to wholesale loan operations. This role supports business decision-making, process improvements, and regulatory compliance by delivering actionable insights and robust reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources related to loan servicing, operations, and client activity.
2. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
3. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization within WLS operations.
4. Collaborate with business partners, technology teams, and management to define data requirements and deliver solutions.
5. Support regulatory and audit requests by providing accurate and timely data extracts and analysis.
6. Document data processes, methodologies, and findings for transparency and knowledge sharing.
7. Contribute to automation initiatives and the adoption of advanced analytics tools.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, within financial services or lending operations.
3. Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Sigma and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik Sense)
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
5. Experience with data cleansing, validation, and reporting.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
8. Working knowledge on AWS and Jira Management
