Requirements:

  • Tech support/consultant profile ( tech support role)
  • Taking remote Access, Troubleshooting.
  • Installing the application to the system.
  • Hands on exp of any cloud computing platform and Hardware
  • KRA's includes- cloud tech support ( internal + external stakeholders) product demonstration
  • Should have good knowledge of cloud computing, preferably Microsoft Azure
  • Min 1 to More years of relevant exp or fresher technical background can also apply
  • Graduation mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills
