Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Western Flute Teacher. The teacher will be responsible for conducting personalized lessons, preparing lesson plans specific to students skill levels, and inspiring students in their musical journey. Responsibilities include assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and cultivating a passionate and positive learning environment for students from beginner to advanced levels.

Qualifications

• Expertise in playing the Western Flute with proficiency in music theory and performance techniques
• Experience in lesson planning, personalized teaching, and guiding students with varying skill levels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate students
• Familiarity with digital teaching platforms and tools for remote instruction
• Passion for teaching and a nurturing approach to student development
