We are hiring Internal Audit professionals for our Delhi onsite team. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career candidates seeking hands-on exposure to internal audits, process reviews, and control testing in a professional consulting environment.

• Assist in execution of internal audit assignments across business functions
• Perform process walkthroughs and document SOPs and control frameworks
• Support identification of risks and evaluation of internal controls
• Assist in control testing and validation of audit evidence

• Collect, analyze, and verify audit data and supporting documents
• Prepare audit working papers and draft audit observations
• Support preparation of audit reports and management presentations
• Track audit observations and assist in closure follow-ups

• Assist in internal control reviews and compliance checks
• Support internal, management, and special audit assignments
• Ensure audit activities are completed within defined timelines

• Work closely with seniors, managers, and cross-functional teams
• Support client interactions during audits and data requests
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com
• CA Intern
• Candidates with 12 years of experience may apply

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of accounting, auditing, and internal controls
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and documentation tools
• Willingness to learn audit frameworks and methodologies
