Hiwox is a
healthcare innovation and wellness transformation company dedicated to reshaping how hospitals, gyms, and communities approach health and preventive care.
Our goal is to build
integrated wellness ecosystems by connecting hospitals, fitness centers, nutrition providers, corporates, and wellness brands creating a
multi-channel wellness network that improves outcomes, increases engagement, and drives new revenue models.
We are currently in the
prototype stage, developing models that integrate
clinical care, preventive wellness, digital health, and data analytics with upcoming pilots across hospitals and gyms.
Role Overview
The
Wellness Ecosystem Builder will lead the creation and execution of Hiwox's wellness ecosystem connecting the dots between healthcare, nutrition, fitness, and corporate wellness programs.
You will design, launch, and manage scalable wellness models that can be implemented in hospitals, gyms, and community setups making wellness an integral part of healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ecosystem Design & Development: Create the end-to-end framework for wellness integration across hospitals, gyms, and corporates covering preventive health, nutrition, mental wellness, and lifestyle programs.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and onboard partners including gyms, wellness brands, nutritionists, and healthcare institutions to build a connected network within the Hiwox ecosystem.
- Program Deployment: Design and execute pilot programs (hospital wellness programs, gym collaborations, workplace wellness) and evaluate outcomes to refine scalability models.
- Revenue & Monetization Models: Develop partnership-driven monetization plans, wellness subscriptions, and wellness integration modules for hospitals and B2B partners.
- Innovation & Community Building: Create awareness programs, workshops, and engagement campaigns that position Hiwox as a thought leader in integrated wellness and preventive care.
- Collaboration with Product & Operations Teams: Work with internal teams to align wellness products, digital tools, and data models for smooth deployment and measurable outcomes.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market gaps, consumer trends, and wellness innovations to ensure Hiwox stays ahead in the health-tech and wellness space.
Ideal Candidate
- Background in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Nutrition, or Wellness Industry Operations.
- Experience in program design, partnerships, or ecosystem creation within health, fitness, or wellness domains.
- Strong network across gyms, hospitals, corporates, or wellness brands.
- Entrepreneurial mindset hands-on, strategic, and willing to build from scratch.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
