Role Description

We are seeking a sincere, passionate, and trainable Wellness Consultant based in Hyderabad who is willing to align deeply with Bilvam Herbals principles.

The role involves conducting structured wellness consultations, recommending suitable supplements and cosmeceuticals, and designing customised Dinacharya (daily routine) guidelines to support individuals in recovery from specific conditions as well as preventive wellness journeys.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, practice authentic holistic wellness, and build long-term expertise.

Key Responsibilities

1. Personalised Wellness Consultations

Conduct detailed consultations (offline and/or online).

Assess:

o Core body constitution (Prakriti / Dosha type)

o Aggravated or imbalanced doshas

o Current health condition

o Dietary and lifestyle patterns

o Seasonal influences (Ritucharya)

o Geographical factors

Recommend appropriate Bilvam Herbals supplements and cosmeceuticals.

Design customised Dinacharya guidelines to support healthy and sustainable recovery and sustained balance.

Maintain proper documentation and follow-ups.

2. Preventive Health Guidance

Guide customers in preventing lifestyle disorders.

Develop simple, sustainable daily routine frameworks aligned with their constitution and life stage.

Encourage long term habit formation rooted in Ayurvedic principles.

3. Community & Brand Participation

Actively participate in:

o Wellness camps

o Community outreach programmes

o Workshops and awareness sessions

o Digital wellness initiatives

o Conduct wellness sessions when required.

Represent Bilvam Herbals professionally in all engagements.

4. Learning & Alignment

Undergo structured internal training.

Follow standardised consultation protocols.

Align strictly with Bilvam Herbals mission, values, and ethical guidelines.

Be open to continuous mentoring and improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background (Any one preferred):

BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences)

BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery)

Certified Nutritionist / Clinical Nutritionist

Panchakarma Therapist (Certified)

B.Sc / M.Sc in Nutrition or Dietetics

Yoga & Lifestyle Coach with holistic training

Freshers with strong foundational knowledge and a strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply.

Required Qualities

1. Willingness to be trained and moulded into Bilvam Herbals philosophy

2. Strong interest in Ayurveda and holistic healing

3. Good communication skills (Telugu/Hindi/English preferred)

4. Empathy and strong listening ability

5. Ethical and disciplined approach

6. Openness to field/community work

7. Basic comfort with digital tools

Experience

1. 02 years preferred

2. Experienced candidates are welcome; compensation can be discussed accordingly

Compensation

1. 22,000 per month

2. Higher package open for discussion based on experience and capability
