JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain daily work reports, welder allocation sheets & progress status.
- Allocate welders, helpers, and ensure proper task planning.
- Coordinate with Engineers, QA/QC, and client representatives.
- Ensure safety compliance and housekeeping in work area.
- Monitor welders to maintain productivity and workmanship quality.
- Verify availability of materials, electrodes, consumables, and tools
- Supervise daily welding activities at site or workshop
JOB QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to read fabrication drawings and weld symbols.
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Welding / Fabrication.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of welding processes and parameters.
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in welding/fabrication
