Description
We are seeking a skilled Welder with expertise in steel, mild steel (MS), and aluminum to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding techniques and a commitment to producing high-quality work. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine appropriate welding processes and techniques.
- Set up and operate welding machines and equipment for various types of metal including steel, mild steel (MS), and aluminum.
- Perform welding tasks to join, fabricate, and repair metal components and structures as per specifications.
- Inspect welded joints and assemblies for quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-10 years of experience in welding steel, mild steel (MS), and aluminum.
- Proficient in various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and Arc welding.
- Strong understanding of welding safety practices and procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Experience with welding tools and equipment, including welders and cutting machines.
- Good physical condition and strength, with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions.
