Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Wedding Planner based in New Delhi. The Wedding Planner will oversee the end-to-end management of weddings and related events, including planning, coordination, and execution. Key responsibilities include liaising with clients, creating detailed schedules and plans, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring all activities run smoothly. Building strong client relationships and delivering memorable experiences is a core aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Planning, Event Planning, and Wedding Planning
  • Strong capabilities in Budgeting and financial management
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to foster relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to unique challenges in event execution
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in event planning software is a plus
  • Prior experience in wedding or event planning is highly beneficial
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage
