Discuss and plan the scope of wedding events, including timing, location, and budget considerations.
Identify and coordinate with venues and vendors such as invitation designers, printers, DJs, bands, photographers, and caterers, obtaining bids for services.
Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to ensure cost-effective and quality service.
Inspect venues to ensure they meet the couple's requirements and expectations.
Manage all aspects of the event to resolve difficulties before, during, and after the wedding, ensuring a smooth experience.
