Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Wedding Planner. The Wedding Planner will be responsible for coordinating wedding events by developing customized plans, managing timelines, and overseeing event execution. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and ensure all arrangements align with their vision. Budgeting and resource allocation are key aspects of the role, as is ensuring an exceptional client experience through excellent communication and service.
Qualifications
- Strong Planning, Event Planning, and Wedding Planning skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Budgeting and managing resources effectively
- Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and build strong client relationships
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic event requirements
- Knowledge of the wedding or event planning industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
