Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi for a Wedding Event Planner. The Wedding Event Planner will be responsible for meticulously planning and coordinating weddings and other events, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include venue selection, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, liaising with families and guests, and orchestrating event timelines. The individual will also oversee logistics, related customer services, and end-to-end management of various event components, such as dcor, entertainment, and hospitality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Planning, Event Planning, and Wedding Planning
- Experience in Budgeting and managing expenses effectively
- Strong Customer Service skills to manage client expectations and create a positive experience
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple events and deadlines
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and vendors
- Knowledge of destination wedding planning or previous experience in the wedding/event industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
