Role Description – Wedding Designer Sales Lead 

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Wedding Designer Sales Lead to head our wedding decor vertical. This leadership role demands a strong blend of creative vision, sales expertise, and business acumen. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the complete decor lifecycle—from client acquisition and concept design to execution—while leading the design and production departments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive the end-to-end sales process for wedding decor, ensuring
  • alignment with client expectations and company goals.
  • Head and manage the entire design department, maintaining high standards of
  • creativity and execution.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the decor
  • segment and drive revenue.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Conceptualize and present bespoke design solutions tailored to each client's
  • vision.
  • Oversee the execution of decor setups, ensuring quality, timelines, and attention to
  • detail.
  • Manage project budgets, costing, and profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire teams across design, production, and sales.
  • Stay updated with Indian and international wedding trends to deliver innovative
  • experiences.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across departments for flawless event delivery.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in the wedding industry, with a focus on decor, sales, and
  • execution.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and department management.
  • Strong background in design and production (preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and revenue generation.
  • Excellent client servicing and vendor management skills.
  • Strong understanding of luxury Indian and global weddings.
  • Experience with hotel weddings and banquet sales is highly valued.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong budgeting and project management abilities.

Compensation:

₹25,00,000+ per annum, based on experience and expertise.
