Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize luxury wedding dcor themes, mood boards and concepts
- Develop visual presentations, sketches, layouts and dcor plans
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences
- Work with fabrication, floral and production teams for execution
- Conduct venue visits and manage layout planning
- Oversee dcor setup, styling, and finishing on-site
- Source dcor elements and coordinate with vendors
- Present design proposals and manage client feedback
- Maintain premium quality standards and attention to detail
Requirements
- Prior experience in event/wedding dcor design
- Strong design sense with knowledge of trends and materials
- Proficiency in SketchUp / Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva or similar software
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury wedding environment
- High attention to detail and design
