Job Summary

We are looking for an experiencedFlexcube Support Managerwith10+ years of Oracle FLEXCUBE application support experience, specifically acrossFLEXCUBE 12.x and 14.5+ versions, to manage and lead mission-critical core banking support operations for banking clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • LeadL2/L3 production supportfor Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking.
  • Manage support operations acrossFLEXCUBE 12.x and 14.5+ versions.
  • Ensure SLA adherence for24x7 application support.
  • Handle major incidents, root cause analysis (RCA), and permanent fixes.
  • Coordinate with Oracle forSRs, patches, and version compatibility issues.
  • Manage FLEXCUBEEOD/BOD operations, batch monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee patching, upgrades, and minor enhancements.
  • Act as SPOC for bank stakeholders and internal delivery teams.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Application Support.
  • Hands-on experience in FLEXCUBE 12.x and 14.5+ versions (mandatory).
  • Strong functional expertise in FLEXCUBE modules:
  • CASA, TD, Loans, Payments, GL, Trade Finance
  • Strong understanding of FLEXCUBE architecture, interfaces, and batch processes.
  • Experience withOracle Database, WebLogic, and Linux/Unixenvironments.
  • Proven experience inproduction support, incident & problem management.
  • Strong exposure toITIL-based support processesand SLA management.

Leadership & Soft Skills
  • Proven experience managing FLEXCUBE support teams.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and escalation handling abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a 24x7 banking environment.
