Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update company website, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and user-friendly interface.
- Handle social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media channels.
- Monitor social media performance, respond to queries, and maintain online community engagement.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with campaigns.
- Track analytics and prepare reports on website traffic, social media performance, and engagement metrics.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- BCA / MCA / BSc IT / BE IT.
- 710 years of experience managing websites and social media platforms.
- Strong knowledge of social media channels, trends, and analytics.
- Creative, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple digital platforms.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content management systems, and website maintenance.
