Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Website Management role based in Dehradun. The Website Manager will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and improving the company's e-commerce website. Responsibilities include monitoring website performance, performing SEO optimizations, managing online product catalogs, uploading content, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure the website aligns with brand goals and user experience standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and knowledge of coding languages like HTML and CSS.
- Experience in SEO strategies, website analytics tools, and driving online traffic growth.
- Skills in digital marketing, e-commerce, and enhancing customer journey on websites.
- Problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail for troubleshooting website functionality and performance.
- Strong organization, time management, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and basic graphic design.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
