Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Work from Office, Dehradun only

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of e-commerce, marketplaces, and digital marketing, along with a passion for sales and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Understand client requirements and pitch relevant services and solutions
  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation to deal closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, and operations) for smooth execution
  • Maintain and update lead databases, client interactions, and sales pipelines
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and client acquisition

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Understanding of marketplace operations and online selling
  • Familiarity with digital marketing (SEO, social media, performance marketing)
  • Experience in B2B sales
