Job Summary
Gatim is looking for a detail-oriented Website & E-commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day website operations, including product uploads, order management, order processing, and return handling. The role ensures smooth online operations and accurate coordination between website, warehouse, and customer support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the company website on a daily basis
- Upload products including images, descriptions, pricing, SKUs, and inventory details
- Process online orders from the website and marketplaces (if applicable)
- Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch team for order fulfillment
- Track order status, deliveries, cancellations, and returns
- Handle return, exchange, and refund coordination
- Ensure accurate inventory updates on the website
- Resolve basic website or order-related issues and escalate technical problems when required
- Coordinate with customer support for order-related queries
- Maintain order reports, sales data, and MIS
- Ensure accuracy in product listings and order processing
Required Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience in website management (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar)
- Knowledge of product uploading, order processing, and return management
- Basic understanding of inventory management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
- Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Good coordination and communication skills
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Certification or experience in e-commerce operations will be an added advantage
Experience
- 14 years of experience in website or e-commerce operations
- Experience in apparel or retail industry preferred
Working Conditions
- Full-time, office-based role
- Monday to Saturday working
Compensation: Salary as per experience and industry standards
