Job Title: Website & E-commerce Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a Website & E-commerce Manager to take complete ownership. This person will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing user experience, coordinating with marketing, and ensuring smooth daily website operations to drive sales growth.
This is a high-impact role directly linked to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1 Website Operations
- Manage and maintain Shopify website
- Upload and update products (images, descriptions, pricing, tags)
- Organize collections and categories
- Ensure all product information is accurate
- Monitor stock syncing with inventory
2 Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Improve product pages for better conversion
- Optimize product descriptions and visuals
- Implement bundle offers and upsell sections
- Ensure mobile optimization
- Improve checkout experience
3 Auction Management (If applicable)
- Upload auction products
- Set correct auction rules & timing
- Monitor auction performance
- Coordinate with operations for dispatch
4 Analytics & Reporting
- Track daily website sales
- Monitor traffic sources
- Track conversion rate
- Analyze best-selling products
- Generate weekly performance reports
5 Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate with content team for product launches
- Support performance marketer with landing pages
- Implement tracking pixels (Meta, Google)
- Set up discount codes and campaign landing pages
6 Customer Experience
- Monitor abandoned carts
- Ensure proper email/WhatsApp automation
- Track return and refund patterns
- Improve user journey
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Shopify
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads & Google Ads ecosystem
- Knowledge of conversion funnels
- Strong attention to detail
- Data-driven thinking
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Experience
- 13 years in e-commerce
- Experience managing 500+ SKUs
- Understanding of D2C brands
- Basic design sense (Canva knowledge helpful)
