Looking for a Techie To Develop A Website for Test-takers

If you can develop a website that will allow users to take a test and receive a report from that test. If you are exceptional at building a great user interface. If you will make the effort to work with a non-techie. Understand the needs and translate them into technical language.

I am looking for you.

Responsibilities

We are at a concept stage right now. Everything else will follow.

1. You will need to understand from me what the website needs to deliver
2. You will need to use no-code or coding tools for the test.
3. You will need to get the basic interface to match our organisational look and feel.
4. You will need to build and test the interface.

You can work at your pace. But there is an urgency in the timelines.

But what I will need is a weekly call to understand updates. And a few email/ message updates every couple of days to share progress.

Qualifications

Don't matter too much. Skills do.

Technical skills. Design skills. Communication skills.
