Webmethods Support Profile :
Location: Bangalore, Noida, Chennai, Hyderabad
The Candidate Should have 8-16 Years of experience in WebMethods Administration.
- Good understanding of IS, Broker, MWS, BPMS, Oracle DB, Linux, SSL certificates.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve webMethods issues. This includes analyzing logs, debugging code, and working with support teams.
- Experience in webMethods Deployer tool for code deployments.
- Analyze flow services & BPM models for troubleshooting issues.
- Handle deployment activities, including package migrations, configuration updates, and hotfixes, Patches.
- Take action for failures as needed.
- Address Memory Related issues in JVM, analyze Heap dumps, Thread dumps
- Support disaster recovery (DR) and high availability (HA) setups and participate in DR drills.
- Experience in SFTP, AS2, TLS/SSL certificate setups, External partner setups.
- Good knowledge of Linux environments, basic shell scripting, and SQL.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services, APIs, and middleware integration patterns.
- Overall Platform health check assessment and suggest corrective actions.
- Application Support & interface Support.
- Analyze issues, work with application teams and businesses.
- Work on SOX Audit.
- Co-ordinate between onsite & offshore.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and performance issues within defined SLAs, & provide RCA.
