Job Title: Partner Marketing & Webinar Specialist

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and relationship-driven Partner Marketing & Webinar Specialist to lead all partnership-driven marketing initiatives and manage end-to-end webinar execution.

This role combines strategic partner development, co-marketing execution, and webinar management to generate high-quality leads, expand brand reach, and contribute directly to pipeline growth. The ideal candidate excels in relationship building, program coordination, content alignment, and flawless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner Identification & Relationship Management Identify and build relationships with strategic partners such as industry communities, associations, tech platforms, influencers, trainers, and complementary service providers. Manage ongoing communication, engagement, and coordination with partners. Create collaboration calendars, manage expectations, and ensure both sides deliver agreed tasks. Build long-term partner programs and nurture repeat co-marketing opportunities.

2. Co-Marketing Campaigns Plan and execute joint marketing activities including: Webinars Panel discussions Podcasts Co-branded content (blogs, case studies, guides) Social media collaborations Newsletter promotions Ensure co-marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines and share consistent messaging.

3. Webinar Planning & Execution (End-to-End Ownership) Own the complete webinar lifecycle: Topic research & partner alignment Speaker coordination Creating agendas, scripts, and presentation flow Registration setup Promotions (email, social, partner audience) Live event moderation Recording, follow-up emails, and nurturing Manage tools like: Zoom Webinar Zoho Meeting or similar webinar platforms.

4. Lead Generation & Post-Event Nurturing Ensure high-quality leads from partner promotions and webinar registrations. Work with marketing and sales teams to define follow-up workflows. Update lead records in Zoho CRM, ensure tagging, segmentation, and ownership assignment. Collaborate with the email team to execute pre-event and post-event communication sequences.

5. Promotion & Audience Growth Lead multi-channel promotion efforts through: Email campaigns Social media posts Partner databases Paid boosts (if required) Grow attendance rate, engagement, and overall reach of each campaign.

6. Content Coordination Work with content teams to develop: Webinar decks Landing pages Promotional creatives Speaker briefing documents Co-branded marketing assets Ensure quality, relevance, and partner alignment.

7. Reporting & Performance Tracking Track KPIs for both partner marketing and webinars: Registrations Attendance rate Engagement metrics Partner contribution Lead quality Pipeline and revenue influence Create weekly or monthly reports with insights and improvement recommendations.

8. Industry Intelligence & Opportunity Development Monitor industry trends, associations, and event opportunities. Research new communities, podcasts, and partner organizations for collaboration. Propose new co-marketing ideas to expand brand presence.

Requirements

Requirements Experience 36 years in partner marketing, webinar management, event marketing, or digital marketing.

Strong experience managing end-to-end webinars or virtual events.

Proven ability to work with external partners, speakers, and influencers.

Experience using marketing and CRM systems like: Zoho CRM Zoho Campaigns Webinar tools (Zoom, Zoho Meeting, etc.) Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strong project management and coordination skills.

Comfortable moderating webinars and engaging with audiences.

Analytical mindset with ability to track metrics and optimize performance.

Competence in working with content and creative teams. Strong time management with ability to manage multiple collaborations simultaneously.
