About the Role:
We're looking for a Webflow Developer with strong Client-First/Lumos/MAST experience who can independently handle projects, communicate with clients, and build scalable, well-structured websites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand project requirements and translate them into scalable Webflow builds
- Implement websites using the Client-First methodology
- Deep dive into complex technical or structural challenges and propose solutions
- Maintain clean class structure, naming conventions, and reusable components
- Collaborate with designers and internal team members
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1-5 years of hands-on Webflow development experience
- Must have independently developed at least 5 live Webflow websites
- Proven experience implementing Client-First or similar frameworks methodology in real projects
Technical Requirements
- Strong experience with Webflow and Client-First or similar framework
- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals
- Good understanding of how web development works overall
- Ability to write and implement custom code when required
- Comfortable embedding scripts and troubleshooting layout or interaction issues
- Understanding of responsiveness and performance optimisation
Good to Have
- Experience with advanced animations
- Familiarity with GSAP
- Ability to build complex interactions or animation systems
- Experience with badges, dynamic components, or advanced UI elements
