What you'll do

Own end-to-end development for the marketing site: landing pages, templates, CMS

collections, blog, and performance optimizations.

Translate Figma designs into responsive, near pixel-accurate builds using a standardized

Client-First framework (folders, naming conventions, global classes, utility classes).

Establish and maintain a scalable design system in Webflow (tokens, components, symbols)

aligned to Client-First standards.

Implement accessible, performant interactions and animations without compromising Core

Web Vitals.

Integrate GTM, analytics, consent, forms/CRM, and light custom scripts; set up A/B tests and

iterate based on results.

Maintain technical SEO hygiene (semantic HTML, schema, sitemaps, redirects) and improve

speed metrics (LCP, CLS, TBT).

Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to prioritize client-centric

experiences throughout the funnel.

Hands-on expertise in the Finsweet Client-First framework: proper class architecture, utility

approach, folder structure, and maintainable naming conventions.

Strong front-end fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3 (grid/flex), responsive design, and JavaScript

for light customizations.

Comfortable using Webflow Interactions, symbols/components, and multi-CMS

architectures.

Experience integrating HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, analytics, and consent tools.

Working knowledge of Technical SEO and Core Web Vitals; ability to diagnose and improve

performance.

Bonus: Figma proficiency, schema markup, basic motion, and familiarity across B2B SaaS or

demand-gen sites.
