We're looking for a thoughtful, creative UX/UI Designer to shape highimpact, performancedriven web experiences across ETS's publicfacing digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings 5-8 years of experience, a strong usercentered mindset, and the ability to turn complex requirements into intuitive, accessible, and scalable design solutions.

You'll collaborate with product owners, marketers, and developers to create clear, engaging digital experiences that guide users through purposeful journeys across our websites.

Responsibilities

  • Design and prototype user experiences that support business goals such as lead capture, engagement, and ecommerce conversion.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, highfidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for marketing, content, and commerce experiences.
  • Apply UX best practices to streamline key customer journeys, improve clarity, and reduce friction across priority web experiences.
  • Build testready user flows and components to support ongoing A/B and multivariate experimentation.
  • Collaborate with CRO, analytics, SEO, and development teams to turn insights into iterative design improvements that drive measurable results.
  • Contribute to and evolve our shared design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and governance across ETS web properties.
  • Participate in usability testing, heuristic reviews, and design critiques, integrating validated learnings into future iterations.
  • Support FY26 web launches, migrations, and enhancements with UX strategies that balance brand storytelling, usability, accessibility, and performance.
  • Design with accessibilityfirst principles and help improve experience quality across devices, regions, and audiences.

Experience and Skills:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a design field or technology-related field (e.g., Human Computer Interaction, UX/UI Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Educational Technology, Web or Graphic Design), or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Three (3) or more years of professional experience designing web-based digital experiences.
  • Experience designing for lead generation, e-commerce, or personalized content journeys.
  • Familiarity with experimentation and testing tools such as Adobe Target, or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to CMS and commerce platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) concepts and experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience collaborating on or supporting personalization or dynamic content initiatives
  • Experience using and receiving tasks through project management tools (e.g. Monday.com)
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating user centered design solutions that improve usability, engagement, or conversion outcomes.
  • Proficiency with Figma (Must Have) (or similar design tools) and experience collaborating with developers in production environments.
  • Experience designing responsive, mobile friendly web interfaces.
  • Experience designing within shared design systems and contributing reusable, scalable components and pattern improvements under established guidelines.
  • Comfort working in Agile, cross functional environments with marketing, product, analytics, and engineering stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to advocate for the user while balancing business goals.
  • Experience with AI tooling is a plus
