Pause Design is looking for a Web UI/UX Designer who can design websites end-to-end, has a strong command over Figma, and can collaborate smoothly with developers. He/she must have atleast 1.5-2 years of professional experience.

Pause Design is a boutique graphic design agency that intervenes in brand identity design, packaging design, and website design.
Essential info:
- Salary: INR 45,000 per month (no tax deduction).
- 30 days of paid leave in a year. No sandwich leaves policy. No cap on number of consecutive days.
- Working days: Monday to Friday.
- Full-time, work-from-home.
- Reports to: Director.

Eligibility: (gets your foot in the door)
- Must have a bachelor's degree in graphic design or visual communication from an institute of repute.
- Must have delivered website design projects from start to end.
- Must have at least 18 months of professional experience in a graphic design studio.
- Must have an Apple computer, with Adobe Creative Suite installed.
- Must be comfortable in Figma.
Beyond eligibility: (increases your attractiveness to the firm)
- You have a master's degree in graphic design or visual communication.
- You have a deep understanding of, and love for typefacesorigin, family, art/architecture/culture that inspired it, evolution, intended use, relevance and use today, contemporaries.
- You enjoy everything web.
- You rely on your training, experience, taste, sense of judgement and accumulated wisdom rather than referencing/repurposing what has been done before.
