Web Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate a clear and compelling product vision and strategy for the mobile app(s) that aligns with the companys overall objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market competition, and user preferences. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and marketers, to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the release schedule and prioritization of features and enhancements.
• Advocate for the user by conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and validate product decisions.
• Oversee the development process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Track project milestones and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Define detailed product specifications, including user stories, wireframes, and prototypes, to guide the development team.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the mobile app meets high-quality standards and resolves any bugs or issues promptly.
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor the apps performance, user engagement, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Use data insights to make data-driven decisions and optimizations.
• Plan and execute app releases, including app store submissions, release notes, and marketing communications.
• Keep stakeholders informed of project progress, updates, and any changes to the product roadmap.
• Develop training materials and resources to help users understand and utilize the mobile app effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, computer science, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Mobile App Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful mobile app launches.
• Strong understanding of mobile app development, design principles, and technology trends.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in product management tools, analytics platforms, and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
