About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Junior Web Developer & Digital Marketing Content Creator to enhance our web presence, strengthen brand visibility, and support creative digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Web Development & Maintenance
- Maintain, update, and optimize the Clovertex website across service and product lines.
- Ensure website performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to publish new service pages, case studies, and announcements.
- Troubleshoot UI/UX or backend website issues and deploy timely fixes.
- Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices to improve rankings and visibility.
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- Create engaging content for website, social media, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Support social media scheduling, posting, engagement monitoring, and performance analytics.
- Assist in running digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Design visual content including banners, promotional creatives, and short form videos.
- Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and identity across digital platforms.
Branding & Creative Strategy
- Contribute new ideas for digital brand storytelling and engagement.
- Take part in brainstorming sessions for brand and marketing initiatives.
- Support internal communications, product launch updates, and corporate events.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- 13 years of experience in web development and/or digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and working experience with WordPress or similar CMS.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and performance tracking tools.
- Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for design and content creation.
- Strong written communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
