Assisting in setting up and monitoring Meta (FB/IG) and Google Ad campaigns.
Analyzing ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and suggesting budget optimizations.
Coordinating with the creative team to ensure high-performing ad copy and visuals.
Managing order fulfillment and tracking.
Responding to customer inquiries on WhatsApp/Social Media.
Assisting in marketplace management (Amazon/Swadesh/Etsy).
