About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Web Development Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience working with both frontend and backend technologies. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want to strengthen their understanding of full stack web development through real-world projects and mentorship from experienced developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications using modern technologies.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Node.js.
- Integrate APIs and manage data using databases like MySQL or MongoDB.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to ensure seamless functionality and design consistency.
- Debug, test, and optimize web applications for better performance, usability, and scalability.
- Stay updated with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and best practices in development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- Basic knowledge of frontend frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js) and backend development concepts.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git/GitHub.
- Good grasp of UI/UX principles and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively within a team.
Good to Have
- Exposure to Node.js, Express, or Next.js.
- Experience working with REST APIs and database design.
- Understanding of deployment and hosting (e.g., Netlify, Vercel, AWS).
