We are building an in-house web and AI team to transform how we create, deploy, and optimize our digital presence - from event websites to AI-powered automation tools.
We are looking for a Head of Web Development & AI Integration to be the technical leader of our web and AI initiatives. You will own the technical vision and execution for our websites, AI-powered features, and automation systems.
You will work alongside our Web Team Project Manager, who handles project coordination, processes, and team workflows. Your focus will be on the technical architecture, AI integration, and ensuring our web products are built to the highest standards.

Experience Required
3-5 years in AI/ML, Web Development, or Backend Engineering
Education
Bachelor's in CS/IT/AI/Data Science (Master's or PG Diploma a plus)

Technical Leadership
Own the technical architecture for web platforms and AI systems
Make key technology decisions and establish technical standards
Guide the team on best practices for web development and AI integration
Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and AI capabilities
AI Integration & Development
Design and implement AI-powered features for our web platforms (chatbots, content generation, personalization)
Build and maintain AI agents and automation workflows using LLMs and modern AI frameworks
Develop APIs that connect AI services to frontend applications
Implement observability and monitoring for AI systems (traceability, explainability, performance metrics)
Web Development & Infrastructure
Oversee the technical execution of website development and maintenance
Build scalable backend services using Python, REST/GraphQL APIs
Deploy and manage containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes)
Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) for AI model deployment and scaling
Collaboration
Partner with the Project Manager to translate business needs into technical solutions
Collaborate with designers and frontend developers to deliver high-quality web products
Document technical decisions and create knowledge bases for the team
Contribute to hiring and mentoring as the team grows
3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML, web development, or backend engineering
Strong Python programming skills
Experience with LLMs/GenAI (OpenAI, Claude, open-source models)
Backend API development (REST, GraphQL)
Understanding of web development processes and best practices
Cloud platform experience (AWS or Azure)
Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or AI agent frameworks
AI observability tools and practices
Frontend development experience (React, Vue, or similar)
Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures
MLOps and AI deployment pipelines
Certifications in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, or ML tools
