Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented Web Developer proficient in WordPress and React with Next.js to design, develop, and maintain high-performance websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern front-end development practices, CMS customization, and an eye for creating seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites including custom themes, plugins, and API integrations.
- Build modern web applications using React.js and Next.js frameworks.
- Ensure websites are responsive, optimized, and SEO-friendly.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and backend teams to deliver pixel-perfect solutions.
- Implement and manage integrations with third-party APIs, payment gateways, and marketing tools.
- Maintain and optimize website performance, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple browsers, devices, and environments.
- Stay updated with the latest WordPress, React, and Next.js trends and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in WordPress development (themes, plugins, custom post types, hooks, REST API).
- Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), PHP, and MySQL.
- Familiarity with Headless CMS approach (WordPress as headless + Next.js frontend).
- Experience with Git/version control and deployment workflows.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and cross-browser compatibility.
