About the Role:

We are looking for a Web Developer to join us for critical projects. You will be working with big techs to help them in building cutting-edge AI foundational models meant to perform exceptionally well on web platforms, interactive interfaces, and seamless user experiences.

In this role you will be part of a highly skilled team with niche domain expertise, being at the forefront to improve the accuracy & performance of SOTA models.

Responsibilities:

• Annotate AI-generated responses and assess their accuracy, web standards compliance, and UI/UX alignment.
• Review and improve model outputs related to web development concepts, tools, and frameworks.
• Evaluate HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code generated by AI for correctness, responsiveness, and semantic structure.
• Analyze model outputs for web performance, SEO best practices, accessibility, and compatibility across browsers and devices.
• Provide structured feedback to enhance technical precision, usability, and clarity in large language model (LLM) responses.
• Identify and report inaccuracies or suboptimal patterns in AI-generated web solutions and contribute to training enhancements.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in web development technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue, or Svelte.
• Keen interest in improving foundational AI model capabilities in the web development domain.
• Experience with web performance optimization, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Understanding of build tools, version control, and deployment workflows.

NOTE: Pay will vary by project and typically is up to 1500 per hour. If you work an average of 3 hours every day, you could earn up to 90,000 per month once you clear our screening process.
