Web Developer

We are seeking a versatile and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, enabling them to build end-to-end web solutions that provide exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain web applications that meet our business objectives and technological goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to understand project requirements and translate them into functional, scalable web applications.
• Design and implement responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop server-side logic and RESTful APIs using programming languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, Node.js, or others.
• Create and manage databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.
• Integrate front-end and back-end components for seamless communication and functionality.
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and speed.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full application stack and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with QA teams to test and validate application functionalities.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency across the team.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in front-end and back-end development.
• Take ownership of projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables within deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a portfolio demonstrating full-stack development projects.
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one server-side programming language.
• Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js and back-end frameworks like Django, Ruby on Rails, or Express.js.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, web architecture, and database management.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and query optimization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Understanding of containerization (Docker) and microservices architecture is a plus.
